Signed paper back from the movie Apollo 13, Lovell is famous for being the commander of the mission that had a significant failure on the way to the moon but was brought back safe by the incredible efforts of the crew and mission control.  This book by Lovell was first titled, Lost Moon.  It was then made into the box office hit by Ron Howard..  Tom Hanks played Lovell in the film.
