Signed in silver with his HOF year added..He is one of the all time great big men to ever play.  Hayes is a member of the NBAs 50th Anniversary All-Time team.  Hayes had a stellar NBA career with the Bullets and Rockets winning an NBA title in 1978 and was a 12 time All-Star but he is probably best know for his incredible performance against UCLA and Lew Alcindor in the 1968 nationally televised game, in front of 52,693 fans at the Astrodome.. Hayes led his Houston Cougars to a 71-69 upset in which he scored 39 points and had 15 rebounds out playing Alcindor..
