Signed photo of the oldest living Indy 500 winner.  Jones was the first driver to qualify exceeding 150 mph.  Parnelli won the race as a driver in 1963 and as an owner in 1970-71 with driver Al Unser.  Elected into the Motorsports HOF in 1992 and International Motorsports HOF in 1990, truly a racing legend.  Matted and ready to go in a standard 11x14 frame.
